I just told someone that exact thing at the track last night. Nothing wrong with being a 5.50 car if you're gonna run another 5.50 car but there's not too many of them on the street.
I'm completely happy with the set up I have now. It's a respectable, streetable, car that's still somewhat fun to drive.
With a respectable 10-11 sec car, you'll get more runs and have more fun (and risk more trouble) but it's a driver's game at that point. That's the shit I like.

I really miss having 10/11 second ride,it sure was alot cheaper.But,once you step up it's hard to go back,and on top of that the steps get higher and higher.Remember when you could add one bolt on and see an improvement?Now everything is a 12 step program,a wad of money,and maybe some improvement!
As long as I can cruise on the street and hit mid to low 10's maybe a high 9 things are good.
