Two quotes come to mind here;" Those who are ignorant, are destined to repeat history, over, and over again.", and " The definition of insanity is, doing the exact same thing repeatedly, yet expecting a different result each time"

Does anyone remember what Drag radial started out as? Where is it now? Has anyone been on the 'bullet lately? Not alot of love for the class, and that is a Nation wide opinion.(Don't get me wrong, I love the class. But, it has gone the way of big pockets on a National level)

Does anyone remember what 10.5 started out as? Where is it now? No really where is it? I don't think any track is running it any more.

The I-22 rules are anything goes on a 275/28 x 10 @ 3200 poiunds, and your all for them Brian? Yet, local Stock suspension costs to much? C'mon, you could easily go rounds locally, by doing nothing more then adding a 315 to your car. All you would have to do is get rid of some of the de-tune on the starting line to run 5.0's

Before Real Street there was only 6.50, and Stock Suspension. We formed this class as a transition class to fill the gap. That's why I feel it's so important to keep the integrity of the class. If someone wants the thrill of running as fast as they can without any concessions then Stock Suspension is the place to go. Why would you want to beat up on a bunch baby seals, when you can qualify deep in the next class up?

Aftermarket parts in stock location, although Outlaw Stock Suspension has allowed it to slide into a very gray area.

I do not know steve, I called him today via the post on yellow bullet, I asked him what rules they plan on using for there 275 races...Steve said they would be using ortc rules for there 4 big races and they "MIGHT" use the current real street rules for some local saturday night races. He also told me that they want fast cars with simple rules, not a 100 different jet & weight rules...just telling you what he told me.

Drag Radial is the hottest racing in the country plain & simple...275 radial racing will be just as big...as you will see in febuary.

How can you put real street in the same catagory as 10.5 outlaw racing? Dude we run a single bar plate,That is our restriction... just how fast do you think guys can go with these limited nitrous plates and limited blower/turbo setups? This class is not destin for 4.60's...maybe 5.teens, The main thing is we dont need a 5.30 index class when we have a 5.50 index class right behind us.

Now we have some big races on the schedule and all these promoter want fast heads up cars that haul ass on 275 radials...Why? Because that what the fans like, fast heads up racing...
