I thought the numbers from last race looked pretty close on paper and after viewing Rob's video they looked like some pretty good side by side races. Here's the numbers again: I know a few guys would like to be able to step up when need be but I think we are pretty close and much closer than previously and yes keeping track of everyone is getting tough to do but Aaron and Joe pulled it off. Thanks guys for keeping it constructive.

Look at the VMP rules but find a way to keep boosted combo's in, big blocks in, but keep it simple.
i think it looks confusing on paper, but the result was 4 or 5 combos running within 3 or 4 hundredths. i think john hit it perfect, how can you get closer than that? I think its time to leave the rules alone . you can look at any class qualifying ,theres always going to be 2 tenths or more spread through the field.you cant expect the rule makers to change the rules every race. this is getting old!

guy i don't have a dog in this fight, i would like to get one. my current combo would not be competitive with 2 systems, like i said before i love the format 275's single power adder . again open it up 3300# with jet restriction for canted valve heads is fine as long as it is competitive. hope to have my new combo ready for sunshine in September, will run radial tire.would love to run with you guys next year if we can loosen the rules a little

8) Archie Marasco 5.713 @ 124.25 - first time with new turbo set up
Bobby Deblasio 5.750 @ 125.19 - bbc on small shot, not to diss but has never ran at the top
10) Sean Snodgrass 5.907 @ 120.98 - also not to dis, but never been a top player11) Brian Goss 6.066 @ 117.58 - torched head gaskets on first pass/outing
12) Edward Schwarz 6.380 @ 115.87

the guys at the top have pretty much always been there and work the hardest. again not to dis here but you say yourself you are not spraying to full potential due to your stock block, one cant expect to run at the top with stock parts and not break stuff.

leave it alone, we cant be bickering over thsi stuff repeatedly

Key points and/or changes regarding “Nitrous” rules in the class. There have been no less than (8) rule changes as compared to the original rules published prior to starting the 09 points series at Sunshine Speedway. Bear in mind there has been (5) events completed to date – changes are as follows:

• BB combinations authorized to run Nitrous w/ .073 Jet limit and peanut solenoid.
•.082 Jet restriction imposed on all 3100 pound combinations
•No forward facing hood scoop/duct rule imposed unless OEM equipped
•.082 Jet restriction amended for 3100# TFS “R” head combinations – increase to .093 Jet
•Base weight change from 3100# to 3050# for TFS “R” head combinations – 50# weight break
•.098 Jet restriction imposed for 3000# High Port/RR Chevy
•Base weight change from 3000# to 3050# for High Port/RR Chevy – 50# weight increase
•Nostalgia SB for pre-72 vehicles or any trucks; deduct 50# or increase Nitrous Jet .010

In consideration of the highlighted points, it is reasonable to assume that there will be a rule change after every race. The optics of when and how the changes came about is relatively clear, there’s no real need to start throwing specifics around at this point. There is an old saying – “the squeaky wheel gets the grease” - and if you make enough noise you can expect some bending/adjustments in your favor. That is, of course, unless you have already done your homework and are running up front. Regardless of the changes/ tweaks there will always be a group out front in “Heads Up” racing. R/S 9X car will no longer race under any restrictions…

I hear you Rick, I hate this shit...But we have been screwed without vaseline and nobody seems to give a phuck about it...

We Refuse to be the only Car at the Race on a .082 Jet, There seems to be a Double Standard going on...When Clint was running good he had to be slowed down because this is a 5.50 class, Now low 30's are fine with everybody...What gives?
