Big Thanks

Just wanted to thank Howard Spires, Micheal Fratena, Enrique Perez/Sean Snodgrass and Brian Goss for coming up and helping support the Real Street class at Sunshine Dragstrip last night. Hopefully we will see you guys up this way again soon. Thanks again.

we (brian and myself) had a good time and hate that we broke on the first time out with the car but that is racing. we also brought a friend with us that like the class so much he is buying new parts today so he can race next time. we had a question, the rules say no foward facing blower or turbos?? and no getting the air from out side the engine compartment??? but i saw the mike F's car with both of them, he had his turbo facing in to his gril ( witch is just lurvers so the air can get right in to there) now i am not bitching at all i just want to know what is right and what is wrong. the new guy is going to build a turbo car and we just want to know what is what. i would like to run my gear drive or my reverse blower and before the pbir was told it was okay then your new rules came out and it said no so i had a set of custom brackets made for the blower. so can john or some one give me a break down on what is what??? because now brian is goig to put his motor back togther and back in his car chris is building his car to the rules and i am cutting off the cack of my car to put the stock floor back in.

I'm not 100% Positive, But the Blower/Turbo can face forward as long as the Inlet is behind the Radiator Core Support and is still inside the engine compartment...It can not extend pass the front support, and No Ram Air/Ducting Period

Question

So it looks like 5.30's in normal Fla weather is going to be the norm in Real Street?
