a turbo 350 is lighter and has a 2.52 first gear where a 400 has a 2.48 first a 350 takes less hp to spin also.they use them on 1000hp comp eliminator cars running inthe low 7 high sixes but to build it right it cost $$$ like the coan xlt its spragless or the A1 protrans the good thing if you have a glide and looking to switch, your driveshaft will fit same lenght shaft as a glide it all comes down to how deep are your pockets just like anything else.for the bigblock the th400" will work better due to increase in torque which tears shit up...

Thanks for the info....I have a big block that likes to beat up my wallet so thats why i have an extra pro built 400 ready to go..... Rob thanks for posting that video.....everyone should watch it.... tells a true story about the Battle of Britain
